Information regarding ES&S purchase of Premier Election Systems

Election Systems and Software (ES&S) announced it has purchased Premier Election Systems. Both entities have registered under the EAC's Voting System Testing and Certification Program. Section 2.5.2 of EAC's program manual requires manufacturers to keep all registration information up to date. These manufacturers have 30 days to officially notify EAC of any changes in ownership. Updated information will be provided to the public in our Voting System Center. Read more about all of the reporting requirements, certified voting systems and lists of registered manufacturers and accredited test labs.
