Election Systems and Software (ES&S) recently purchased Premier Election Systems (PES). As a registered manufacturer in EAC’s Testing and Certification Program, ES&S is required to report any changes in its registration information in accordance with Section 2.5.2 of EAC’s Testing and Certification Program manual.
